Don't miss our students representing Lake Contrary at the district honor choir concert! They have worked hard to learn six new songs that they will perform along with 180 students from across the district.

Lake Contrary Gym
This is the first event of its kind at Lake Contrary. Your students will have the chance to show off our new instruments and books and what they have been learning about in music. You will have the chance to sit beside them and play along. Will Stuck from the St. Joseph Public Library has graciously agreed to come read the books. Please mark your calendars - this is going to be a fun day!
5th Grade Instrumental Infusion
May 12th (afternoon)
5th Grade students will be taking a field trip to Missouri Western where they will be learning about the different instruments in the orchestra/band. Next year, they may choose to play an instrument in band. Stay tuned for more information about this trip.
